Our address is 4740 Spring Cypress Rd, Suite C, Spring, TX 77379. We are in the same shopping center as the big DPS Office building. You can also click on the map below to get navigation directions to our location.

The first step is to call us or book your appointment online to meet with one of our staff members. Before you arrive for your scheduled consultation please complete a New Patient Registration so we can better understand your treatment goals, and take care of all legal medical history requirements.
And then on the day of your visit you will meet with our experienced treatment professional who will review your treatment goals, perform an evaluation, and address any questions or concerns that you may have. We work hard to understand what is really going on, what your desires are, and then at the end of the session we will let you know what options are available to treat your concerns, followed by an explanation of the cost and process associated with doing so.
After that, you can decide on how you would like to move forward, and when we get started with your first treatment. Please note that payment is typically required in order to secure an appointment on our schedule for your first treatment.
In some cases we may be able to take walk-ins, but usually an appointment is required in order to see you and provide treatment due to schedule limitations.

Yes! Upon booking an appointment you will receive an email containing the details of your appointment. In addition to that, we will call and text you the day before your appointment (or on Saturday if you have a Monday appointment) to remind you of your appointment.
Yes! We have at least one native Spanish speaking team member, and other team members who can manage a conversational level of Spanish. We would be more than happy to take care of you regardless of your language 😊
Yes, absolutely! We do not discriminate based on skin tone, and we understand and appreciate the fact that different skin tones will require different methods of treatment. We customize all of our treatments based on your unique needs and are happy to take care of you regardless of your skin tone or ethnic background!
All new patients must complete our New Patient Registration form online prior to your appointment.
In addition to the above, clients interested in Massage must also complete our Massage Patient Registration form by printing a copy the form and either emailing a completed copy of the form to hello@blairmedspa.com or by bringing the completed form during their visit.
We are always working on adding and improving our product lineup to reflect the best of what is available and proven in the market. We only use medical grade products handled with great care to ensure effective and safe treatment. At this time our product includes, but is not limited to: PCA, Skinceuticals, Image, Perfect, and more.
With over 1,000 treatments performed within our facility you can rest assured that you are in great hands with experienced professionals who know what they’re doing. All of our staff undergo rigorous training in their respective field to learn everything possible, and are connected to a vast network of industry leaders to learn more about areas they may not be certain about – we will NEVER lie to you and tell you something we’re not absolutely sure of, and instead will put in the effort to do the necessary research to learn the truth and then call you back with the answer.
Additionally, all of our professionals are licensed, certified, and experienced to provide all of the treatments that they perform. Your health, your trust, and your results are our #1 concern, and we would never do anything to jeopardize that.
